Welcome to our charming property located in the heart of Ellicottville, NY. We offer an authentic and rustic feel that compliments the beautiful scenery of our area. Our Bordeaux Bungalow was recently remodeled in September 2018, and the Chardonnay C halet was built in August 2019. Our newest freshly build is the Chateau Merlot, finished in February 2022.

The Bordeaux Bungalow is a very nicely done second-floor suite that offers plenty of room to move within its 1,200 square feet unit. It sleeps six (6) comfortably with a maximum of eight (8) guests. There are beautiful cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and high-quality stainless appliances in the kitchen. There is a new custom-built Amish dining table in the dining area that seats eight (8) comfortably. The Master Bedroom/En suite has its own full bathroom and a beautiful custom-built queen-size Hickory bedroom set. The second bedroom has a log furniture set with an Aspen Queen-sized log bed and a White Cedar Twin/Twin log bunk bed. The second bath is a full-size bathroom. The authentic rustic bedroom furniture is very inviting. For additional guests, the living room has a sleeper sofa. The living room and bedrooms have TVs with Roku's attached. The suite provides powerful Wi-Fi, an electric fireplace, fresh clean linens and towels, and a washer and dryer.

Besides the very roomy interior, there is plenty of room to move outside. There is a large covered patio for outside living just as you enter the Bordeaux Bungalow. The patio has outdoor furniture, a propane grill, and a built-in ski/golf/activity locker, all for your enjoyment. (We ask that you supply your own padlock for the ski locker). Parking for three (3) cars is located close to the entrance around the back of the complex. The location is also fabulous as it is in Ellicottville's beautiful village and provides plenty of privacy even though it's in the village.

Chardonay Chalet

The Chardonnay C halet is our brand new built suite that was just finished in September 2019. It has head-to-toe, everything, with all of the furnishings, are all brand new for your comfort -- from custom Amish furniture to very cozy bedding, wide-open kitchen/living room/dining room, we planned it well for your satisfaction. The Chardonnay C halet turned out gorgeous, and we couldn't be more pleased to offer it to you, hoping to have you back again and again!

The Chardonnay C halet has four (4) spacious bedrooms (all queen-sized beds) that sleep eight (8) comfortably with a maximum of ten (10) guests. There are three (3) full bathrooms within this first-floor suite. For additional guests, the living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The living room and bedrooms have Roku TVs. The living room also has a gas fireplace and an open floor plan with high ceilings. There are solid maple cabinets, granite countertops, and high-quality stainless appliances in the kitchen. There is a gorgeous custom-built rustic maple table set that seats ten (10) in the dining area. The suite provides powerful Wi-Fi, fresh clean linens and towels, and a washer and dryer.

On the entrance deck is a ski/golf/activity locker for your enjoyment (we ask that you supply your own padlock). There is a generous-sized deck off the kitchen with relaxing outdoor furniture and a propane grill for fun outdoor living. You will feel serene with room to breathe. There is a large parking area that allots four (4) parking spots. Stay with us for whatever your occasion is. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we do!

CHATEAU MERLOT

We have been working hard at our new home away from home located in Ellicottville, NY. The newly built (Feb 2022) first floor (NO stairs what-so-ever) Chateau Merlot has a large and luxurious open layout with almost 2,500 sq ft. and a covered front and back patio for people to enjoy a fabulous stay there. It is located at a great village location with a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and everything else the village has to offer. It is a perfect getaway for 2-3 families and/or friends.

We truly spared no expense on this gem! The bedrooms are opulent with five (5) bedrooms, four (4) full baths, and two (2) ensuites; you will have plenty of room for yourself and your family and friends. Each bedroom has custom-built Amish furniture sets with higher-end mattresses and bedding, blackout window shades, and a ROKU TV with a premium Spectrum TV package. All these fantastic features will provide a great night of relaxation and sleep after all of your festivities during the day.

The large open concept in the living and dining rooms is a great place to entertain your family and friends. The Chateau Merlot has a twelve (12) person rustic maple dining room set and a large kitchen with seating for six (6) around the Alaskan leather granite countertop kitchen island. The gorgeous custom-built gas fireplace offers a cozy setting with a 70” ROKU TV for easy viewing within the ample and open space. There is also radiant floor heat and forced air and air conditioning. We added multiple large windows so you could appreciate those relaxing, picturesque views. Such as, from the living room, you will see a view of the Greer Hill at Hoilmont to your right, and to your left, you will see Holiday Valley.

Everything about the property is quality and built to our specifications. We are confident that you will be delighted that you chose to be our guests when you see all that we have created for you to enjoy and make memories.
